7. Student Scholarships

Each year, University of Oregon alumni chapters, located throughout the country award scholarships to incoming Oregon freshmen from their local areas. Awards are based on extracurricular activities, academic merit, and the applicant's essay. The UOAA endowed a $250,000 scholarship fund, currently the largest Presidential Scholarship fund on campus.
