A Note from the Executive Director, Tim Clevenger ’86
As a young teen I learned quickly, and painfully, that I was not built to play football. Instead, I’ve enjoyed being a spectator, especially as a University of Oregon student in the eighties. But unlike today, I didn’t get to experience the thrill of watching our football team win game after game.

“I’ve used the UOAA football ticket benefit for many years to purchase tickets for both home and away games. It’s easy and a real plus to be able to have early access to tickets. It’s especially helpful for the away games because we always have a house full of Ducks for the game in the Bay Area and I can purchase tickets that enable us to sit together.”

The UO is vying for a third consecutive victory over Oregon State in the Civil War Blood Drive. Last year’s drive produced a total of 6,586 donations from blood donors across the state, with UO edging out OSU with 3,416 to their 3,173.
This year Chip Kelley says, “Certainly this is a cause of greater importance than the game of football and one I hope all fans within the state of Oregon will support.”
