Welcome New Ducks at a Freshman Send Off Near You
It’s time to welcome brand new Ducks to the UO! Whether they are one more in a long line of Ducks to live in Bean Hall or are enjoying brand new buildings like the Ford Alumni Center, experiences at Oregon will live with them for the rest of their lives. The UOAA is inviting alumni to join us to share their own Duck stories at a Freshmen Send-off in an area near you.
These Duck gatherings are organized by UOAA Chapters all over the country and serve as a way to connect incoming students with alumni, parents, current students and UO faculty. Incoming students attend these events to meet potential future residence hall mates, ask questions about what life is like on campus from current students, find out great “must do’s” from alumni, and so much more.
