On Thursday, September 22, nearly 4,000 students will move in to the residence halls and begin their UO experience. We hope to have faculty and staff, along with alumni and current students, serve as ambassadors by greeting our new students and their families, answering their questions about the university, and maybe even helping carry a box or two. This is also a great opportunity to help new families and students learn about your department and appreciate the tremendous commitment to students that distinguishes the UO.
