Keep the Civil War Blood Drive Trophy in Eugene |
|

For the past ten football seasons the UO Alumni Association’s campaign, “Rivals for Life,” has done so much more than score points,--it has literally saved lives. In 2010, the UO beat the Beavers in the contest by 579 donors with Oregon presenting 4,482 possible donors to OSU's 3,903. Once again, the UO and OSU Alumni Associations unite for a common cause to encourage fans, students and alumni of both schools to donate blood. Since its inception in 2001, the Civil War Blood Drive has collectively encouraged over 50,000 donors to give blood to help patients during this two-week drive. Just one donation can help save more than one life. Let’s keep the trophy here at the UO Alumni Association!

Ducks Football Uniforms Over the Years
UO uniforms are arguably the most divisive outfits in sports. Some people love them, some are not sure, and some people make their judgment depending on the week. The reason for this is because Nike has hundreds of possible uniform combinations that the school can wear for any given game. Read more from Huff Post Sports…
