Our Featured SAA Member of the Month

The SAA had been looking for a long time to get ourselves a new logo that wasn't just text.  We tasked our Spirit and Tradition team members to come up with something "fresh".  Joe came to us about a year ago and has now given us our new SAA logo design!  You'll notice that we are no longer just the "SAA", but now we have the "S Double Duck Foot" logo on all of our apparel and marketing pieces. 

Joe comes to us from sunny Santa Barbara, California and is double majoring in human physiology and psychology. He really loves Oregon-including our rainy season. Like any true duck, Joe factored in Duck athletics when he was choosing to go to the UO and is happy about the enthusiasm that unites the student body-that's why we're glad to have him as a part of our team!

As a true college boy, macaroni and cheese is his favorite food, and he loves watching football. It was his artistic talent, however that made him shine through in our logo.  Joe said it "came to him in the middle of the night.  Duck feet for the 'A's!" Thanks for everything Joe!
