The UOAA is excited to introduce two new employees to our team of fostering lifelong connections to the UO. Shannon Rose, our new Executive Assistant and Constituency Manager, and Adrienne Darrah, our new Director of Membership & Business Development, are diving in and learning the ropes about this great university and the importance of the UOAA.

Shannon Rose Adrienne Darrah
Shannon is the Executive Assistant and Constituency Manager. Her duties include assisting the senior leadership team to drive organizational change, Board of Directors and member support, alumni international travel programs, and event coordination.
Originally from Michigan, Shannon earned her International Political Economy degree from Carthage College and a Masters in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to moving to Eugene to be close to friends and nature, Shannon lived in Chicago for 10 years working for the international grassroots organization Project Kesher. Besides a passion for donor relations and event management, Shannon loves to dance and ski and also owns her very own pink Vespa.
Adrienne is the Director of Membership & Business Development. This position is the chief sales person for membership in the UOAA. Adrienne manages existing and evaluates new business partnership opportunities to generate revenue for the Association’s operating expenses
A native of New Jersey, Adrienne has a BA in Art History and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University. She loves spending time with her UO Alum husband Bob ‘01, newborn son Turner and three cats – Mim, Myown and Mojo Jojo. She is an avid fan of Halloween and antiquing and is always on the hunt for Halloween antiques, specifically postcards and paper lanterns. She also enjoys really bad movies and anything and everything from the ‘80s.
