The Portland Chapter hosts events for Duck alumni and friends for every season. Past annual events have included a Music Fest and football watch parties. These events are held for alumni who are interested in networking, socializing, and meeting other local Ducks. 
Finally, in August we host a freshman sendoff party for local seniors leaving to attend the University of Oregon.

The UOAA has teamed up with Columbia Sportswear again to give Portland UOAA members the chance to shop during the month of May! Enjoy shopping the employee store from May 1-31 for the latest products from the entire brand family including: Columbia, Mountain Hardwear, Sorel and Montrail. This is a great time to network with other Duck alumni! Have lunch, hand out business cards and get to know other Portland-area UO alumni. Join the PDX Ducks Chapter at an upcoming Science Night and hear UO faculty members speak on various topics in their discipline.
