Frequently Asked Questions - First Time Login

How do I set up my Online Community account for the first time?

Go to http://uoalumni.com/first-login and follow these steps:

1. Enter your last name, and click find.
2. Scroll down and select your name from the list shown and click next.
3. Enter either your Alumni Community ID or your Birth Date* in step 3 and click verify.
4. You will then complete the Setup My Information form to set up your profile, community account and password.

*Note: we do not have all birth dates on file.  Call the UOAA at 800-245-ALUM if you need assistance.

How do I find my Alumni Community ID?

You can also use your Alumni Community ID will be needed to register your account. This number is 10 digits long and begins with a ‘0’’. This number is not your “95” Student ID number.

For UOAA Members who joined the UOAA after July 15, 2011, your ID number printed on your membership card. 

All alumni including UOAA annual and life members who joined prior to July 15, 2011,  you may also find your ID number in the footer of many of our email communications as illustrated below.




Mailings from the UO Alumni Association as well as issues of Oregon Quarterly magazine may include your ID number in the mailing label. See below for a sample image the mailing label that indicates where your ID number is located:
