This is the time when all Ducks fly back to the pond. It’s when alumni descend on campus to reminisce, connect and reflect back on their experience at the UO. The week starts with round-the-world celebrations where Ducks are encouraged to share their personal stories of transformation at the UO with each other and culminates on Saturday at the Duck football game. Other events include:

• Campus Tours
• Classes Open for Alumni
• Student Parade
• Friday Game Day Pep Rally at the EMU

This year’s Homecoming game is the Oregon Ducks vs. Washington Sate Cougars on October 19, 2013.  With all sorts of campus activities planned for Friday and Saturday, check back for more information.  Also, be sure to update your info so we have your current e-mail and can  keep you posted as more details become available.

Reunions – October 18 & 19
Reconnect with alumni and reminisce about the UO

The UOAA facilitates reunions with alumni to help Ducks maintain and foster their lifelong relationships with each other and the university. If you are interested in starting a reunion for your class or interest group, drop us a note and we’ll tell you the level of support your Alumni Association can offer – everything from electronic invitations to securing meeting rooms.

Multicultural Alumni Reunion

Now in its third year, this special reunion is a tremendous opportunity for alumni of color to visit campus, meet students, tour student groups and reconnect with one another. Make sure you mark your calendar for this gathering.  Be sure to check here for updated event details.

50th Class Reunion (Class of 1963)

The UOAA is the lead supporter of reunions for alumni connecting 50 years after their graduation. This is the moment when such alumni are inducted into the prestigious Order of the Emerald so we hope many of you decide to return to campus for this special event.  Registration will open soon - click here for updates.


Order of the Emerald Reunion
Order of the Emerald Reunion Luncheon – October 18 – 11:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Once a year, all alumni who are more than fifty years out from their graduation flock together to reconnect, meet friends and learn about the University of Oregon. This is a great time to honor those alumni who have laid the path, cared for our alma mater and continue growing lifelong relationships that make the UO stronger.
