Have you seen the official University of Oregon license plate and wondered how you could get one? It’s really quite simple, just follow these instructions:

1. Download the Application for Registration, Renewal, Replacement or Transfer of Plates and/or stickers (DMV form 735-268 – click here). Or visit your DMV and request form 735-268.
2. Fill in all of the personal and vehicle information requested.
3. Leave Box 3 'Special Plates' blank. Also leave Box 14 'Transaction Type' blank.
4. Under 'Plate Type' put a check mark in the 'Group' box.
5. Under 'Remarks' at the bottom of the page, write in 'University of Oregon.'
6. Remember to sign the form with your full name.
7. Include a check for $42 (for a two year registration/renewal/transfer) or $96 (for a four year) and mail to:
