REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration deadline is Monday, October 3.
Online registration closes October 3rd. Call the UOAA at 1-800-245-ALUM for additional assistance. Updated schedules, maps, transportation, directions, and other information will be available at uoalumni.com or mailed by request by calling 1-800-245-2586. The registration fee covers reunion materials and transportation costs to the events.

Transportation and Special Assistance
Vans depart the hotel twenty minutes prior to each event and return after each event. Event parking will be available at the hotel to registrants who are not hotel guests. Wheelchairs are available upon request. Airport transportation will not be provided.
Reunion Attire
Suggested dress is casual. “Coat and tie” are recommended for the Golden Anniversary Dinner. Duck gear (green and yellow) is recommended for the Oregon Tailgate.

Registration and Check-In

Depart for campus by van 11:40 a.m.
At the Eugene Hilton you will receive your reunion packet, nametags, maps, schedule, and list of attendees.
Welcome Lunch
Cheryl Ramberg Ford and Allyn Ford Alumni Center • Noon–1:15 p.m.
Enjoy a great lunch with your former classmates. Lunch includes sandwiches, salad, fruits, beverages, and dessert. The UO Alumni Association staff welcomes you to your special weekend.
Campus Tour
Starting from the Alumni Centert • 1:30–2:30 p.m.
Led by UO Student Alumni Association members, this walking tour will bring back memories and show off new buildings and sights on campus. The tour ends at the new Cheryl Ramberg Ford and Allyn Ford Alumni Center, 1720 East 13th Avenue.
Campus Update and Faculty Presentation
Ford Alumni Center • 3:00–4:00 p.m.
Bus departs campus for the Eugene Hilton 4:15 p.m.
Golden Anniversary Banquet
Gerlinger Alumni Lounge • 6:00–10:00 p.m.
Vans depart Hilton for Alumni Center at 5:40 PM. Start with a social hour and class photo and enjoy an evening of great food smf music. University officials, including President Richard Lariviere, and alumni will be on hand to welcome you into the Order of the Emerald and provide a “State of the University” address. Return van transportation to the Eugene Hilton provided.

King Estate - Football Tailgate Party
Autzen Stadium
Time: TBA (due to game time) • Begins two and one-half hours prior to kick off
The pre game festivities will include a private tailgate party hosted by King Estate Winery. You'll join lots of other Duck fans and enjoy fantastic food, wine and hospitality. The party is located at Autzen Stadium and includes transportation from the Eugene Hilton to Autzen Stadium, and from Autzen Stadium to the Eugene Hilton after the game.
