The Duck Career Network engages and empowers UO alumni in the collective process of networking and career advancement. Our programs leverage a worldwide alumni network both as advice givers and advice seekers. Get involved, and help make the UO network stronger!

We offer a range of career resources and programs, and both virtual and in-person networking events for alumni at all career levels, across industries and locations, including offerings for current students to connect with alumni. Our programs and events are designed to build a community of like-minded Ducks who seek to receive and share career advice, insights, and make new professional connections.

Alumni Career Spotlight

Sarah Koski's career in nonprofit management and service to marginalized groups has come with many lessons learned, humbling experiences, and opportunities to grow as both a professional and a person. Megan McKinney, associate director of the Duck Career Network, sat down with Koski to learn about her path and what it’s taught her. Koski holds a BA in political science and is a proud graduate of Clark Honor's College, where women mentors and professors impacted her greatly. Recently, Koski was honored with the Emerging Leader award by the Oregon Commission for Women.
